Diane M. Willis

Diane became certified in the divorce financial arena in 2003 and she has been of assistance on over 400 cases.  Diane helps divorcing individuals or couples by addressing such questions as who will own the home, how much support is warranted, how to divide assets, what is the value of a pension, how do we account for pre-marriage separate assets, and how do we know if all financial assets are accounted for.

Diane helps provide answers to those immediate questions, allowing the divorce to proceed more smoothly and confidently. She can then also take the longer-view approach to make sure parties are prepared for their future financial well-being.  She has served as an expert witness in District Court as it pertains to support issues.
