Rebecca Wofford

As a mother of two children and a daughter of a minister, Rebecca understands that families go through tough times. Rebecca began her law practice in 1997 after graduating from Wake Forest School of Law. She is an experienced litigator and former law professor.

Rebecca, a founding member of Wofford Burt Law, uses her combined experiences as a litigator, educator, and parent to help clients navigate the divorce process and to advocate and negotiate on their behalves. Her primary areas of focus are collaborative law and appellate practice. As a collaborative lawyer, she assists family law clients in areas of custody, child support, alimony, and equitable distribution through out-of-court strategies and processes.

Rebecca is also the founder of global and local nonprofit The Lunch Project, www.thelunchproject.org, which gives kids the fuel to learn through global lunch programs and local empathy education programs.
