Lynna Moen

Lynna Moen is the mother of two children, one in college and one in high school.  She has successfully co-parented with their father since their divorce in 2014. 

Lynna has practiced Collaborative Family Law since 2013.  As a Certified Family Financial Mediator and attorney, she strongly believes that it is best for families to make all attempts to settle out of court.  Lynna values creative solutions that are unique for each family.  She uses her legal background, business experience, personal experience, and down-to-earth personality to help clients through an extremely difficult time. 

Lynna has received several awards for her pro bono service including the 2019 Outstanding Individual Attorney from the Mecklenburg County Bar and was recognized by the North Carolina Supreme Court in 2019 and 2020.
