After more than a decade of litigating cases, I have seen all too often the emotional, financial, and even physical toll the court process takes on families and the lack of any meaningful resolution the court provides. 

If I told you an elected official, whom you will never converse with and who will likely never meet your children is given the literal power to decide how you are allowed to raise your children, and where they will live, you make think it was a scene from a horror movie. 

Instead, I am a firm believer that families can work amicably together through the collaborative process to take ownership over their lives, their children, and their finances, and find a much more satisfying and ultimately positive outcome. 

Additionally to my collaborative practice, I am a Certified Family Financial Mediator and work to help families find compromised solutions.
