Rebecca Yoder

Rebecca is a partner of The Jonas Law Firm, P.L.L.C., a firm established by Untied States Congressman Charles R. Jonas in 1912 with offices in Denver and Lincolnton. She has devoted her law practice to family law matters and became a board-certified family law specialist in 2020. While having extensive experience in the courtroom, Rebecca believes the best and most enduring outcomes for families in conflict occur outside of litigation. Rebecca is committed to non-litigation strategies to help her clients achieve their goals effectively, efficiently and with less expense and stress than what is offered through the traditional litigation process. In addition to her training as a collaborative attorney, Rebecca is a parenting coordinator.

Rebecca graduated from Queens University of Charlotte and Campbell University School of Law with a juris doctor degree, summa cum laude. She was the 39^th Judicial District Bar (Lincoln/Cleveland Counties) president in 2016 and president of the Lincolnton Rotary Club in 2022-23, of which she has been an active member since 2014. She also serves as the board vice president of Lincoln County Coalition Against Domestic Violence (LCCADV) and is a volunteer board member of the Hart Square Foundation. She enjoys hiking, running, art and spending time with her husband, a local Lutheran pastor, and their four children on their family homeplace and farm in Western Lincoln County.
